PWM or speed modular for trolling motor

What size PWM do I use for a 24v 70 lb motorguide trolling motor , and where do you buy one? I need better control for speed on my older motorguide here

Go to Ebay and search for 24v PWM. However it is NOT a plug-play unit. You will have to build a water resistant enclosure and figure out how to mount the speed control potentiometer. If you decide to try this take lots of pictures and post the project.

Look for a Minn Kota Maximizer. It was a product designed for TMs. Two on eBay right now.

Yes I have. I used the Minn Kota Power Drive control power board (24 volt model). I built a control box to run it. It can be done and it is waterproof.
