On that Double pic Byford actually had a third crappie on his other pole! unfortunately all three were just barely under sized. but it sure was great for a guy who had struggled over last couple of trips.
Byford and I were w Stik launched daybreak. Started catching right away but only 3 keeper's. Slab and shue stopped by and we were all longling slabs rigs in 6to 8 foot of water. No wind day which is unusual but fog rolled in, warm Temps. They caught 1 keeper and a few shorts. Lots of bass rigs out as FLW tournament going on. We ended up w 6 keepers and then ran up to Haines creek, nice ride but no fish. Bymo was the man today and we had great central Florida day. Slab had shirts and hats for us and we really appreciated the crappie.com stuff!

That's a good trip even without a large sack o fish to go with it. Good pics and nice shirts.

Great to see you guys. And happy you got into some long lining with the Slab Rigs. Today Shu and I long lined and did little damage. I think we only had one keeper, so we switched it up and did some one poling outside the weeds, and had some fun. We caught a lot of small ones, but managed 6 total for the box for Shu to take home. Not great, but sure had fun. See you guys on the water next time.

The guys really were excited to fish Griffin which they have never fished till after the get together there. Now it's there new favorite lake and you showed them how to do it.

Byford is into making your rig. Made up more tonight. Remembering how to do a loop knot.
