Finally on Lake Austin

Had a great day with my brother on Lake Austin. Water stained, 62 degrees and the spawn poised to start. We caught 9 nice crappie, all blacks, 3 with eggs in them. We were in 20 fow with brush reaching up to 10-12 fow. Used Pepop's lures even though they belong in a fine art museum and caught several off the Karrot. Kept being bothered by pesky black bass. Here is one at 5 pounds with the Karrot in his mouth.
