    Default Fished Griffin with Slab

Down in the Villages visiting friends and Slab generously offered to show us how he does it. Tom, byford and I met him on the water after dodging all the expensive tournament boats from FLW who were pre fishing. I joined Slab to longline a stretch where he had mapped grass piles while the others single poled. We started getting bit right away and had fast start on 5he outside poles and had 7 nice keepers and had caught 15. Other boat had 1 keeper crappie and 1 nice bass. Then bite stopped and wind came up. We fished couple more hours didn't get any more fish tho we changed locations. Thanks for the trip and using your rig.

Had a great trip. That first hour provided some of the fastest crappie catching action on Griffin I've ever seen. Too bad we got blown off. Once that happened the bite seemed to turn off too. It was great seeing you guys and thanks for posting the pics.

Good Job Boss! Glad everyone had something to show for their efforts. March can be finicky. I made a trip with my brother and both of our wives to lake Weiss a few years back. Got blown off the water all three days. It's that time of year........Skeet.
