Default Supposed to be nice weather but cold front blew thru early at T hill

Left STL where it's been around 70 and came north into strong NE wind and cold day. Bite had been strong but shut down of course just when I arrive. Casting to brush piles which is usually good caught nothing. Moved to another w planted brush and Bite spotty but managed to catch my limit of keepers and returned bunch shorts to lake.

best part about it was THE MAN on T hill came by and he didn't catch ANY, which is insane. but I hit a dock I know has brush around it and I know how to fish it and did good. no size as we have been getting but they sure made a mess of filets, again and I was glad to have them.

were at 9 or ten feet tight to brush and right on bottom, guy was on the dock for a couple of hours before me and only caught a few short fish. Pink and anything was the ticket, pearl or black or blue sparkle.
