Crappie rigs on tubes

I was fishing last year on Kentucky lake and the tackle shops around the lake had a selection of crappie rigs on cardboard tubes,the ones I liked best were with the weight on the bottom of the rig.have not found them anywhere else.anyone know of a website where these are available
