Quills

I'm looking to purchase some porcupine quills for wagglers.I will be using them for crappie and gills,any info on size and best place to purchase from would be appreciated.I currently make my own wagglers out of wild turkey quills,the work wonderfully.
Using turkey quills is fairly easy,the wing quills are quite long,this allows for a wide range of weights for boyancy.Porcupine quills on the other hand,appear to have less leeway,thanks for any help.
