    Default Need rod case

Just rod a Trout Slayer Series rod and reel. I really like it. I need a case to fit it with the reel attached. Called the company, said they didn't know of anything.. Its a 6'6" with a long handle "see below". Anyone know of anything?

I saw this case at Bass Pro. Was thinking about getting one myself. Could not find it on the BP website, but Tackle Direct has it:

When we travel to Canada the ride gets pretty rough. We found that gun cases did the trick. Will handle several rod's/Reel combo's. especially spinning gear.

I gave up on keeping the reel on years ago. A piece of thinwall PVC with a screw on end, however your supplier has to work it out, has worked flawlessly. Aint pretty but takes a beating. A cloth sleeve will keep any small scratches off and they're so easy to make that I make em myself.
