I have a set of them used them for spider rigging for a while! They are alright... they are fiberglass though but very stout.... they are pretty much like the bnm west point crappie rod. I have since replaced them with other rods!

Look at the Slab Daddy poles why you are there, very nice and only a few dollars more. You can buy 4 for around eighty bucks. These are great poles.

They are out of Pinnicle Limits in the 12 foot, not sure about the 10s and 8s.

Would a mixture of 8',10' and 12' be better for long lining ?

That is what I bought. 2 8ft, 4 10ft and 2 12 ft Pinnacle Limits. Got most of them from Grizzly and I got some inexpensive reels that have held up far better than I expected.

I think so, I know people who fish the same length on all of them but I find that the long pole on the outside, medium and then short rite by the side of the boat gives me a better seperation.

I have some 10's and 12's, I am not a fan of them at all!
They are just sitting in the garage at the moment, I replaced them with Southern Pro's.
I do have some Berkley C Series that I got at the same time that I think are pretty good rods.

What don't ya'll like about them?
I need to get me a set of long line / spider rig poles and don't want to spend a bunch. What poles are the 4 for $80 @ Grizzly Jig? I'm up here & saw them but don't remember the brand....
