    Yea I thought of that Cane Pole but I couldn't find one in the 7 inch screen that I could afford I payed for it with change from my piggy bank.....Lol.....And I drained it buying this one

    love my 7 clear DI and sonar also. not hard to learn. play with the sensitivy had a hickup on fish IDbut read the book NOT on alarms on the view button. I like the way you can split the view 3 ways at once Sonar,DI, and GPS. good luck with your fishing
