Default New Plastics Can't Decide Which Ones

Man there are so many different style of grubs, shad, etc. I'm going to place an order soon to restock. I currently mostly have bobby garland baby shad and some lake fork baby shad. I'm wondering if I should add some grubs to my line up like Southern Pro or Kalin grubs. Do a lot of long lining and some dock shooting. So many choices but there probably all just as good and it probably doesn't make much difference.

Our own Member Sponsor, Slabeye, custom makes the Slabanator brand of plastics. And they come in "stinger shad", "carrot", "curly tail", "twin tail", and "paddle tail" styles (just with different names). You can see them & his array of color combinations on the Member Sponsor Classifieds Forum. His baits are very sturdy, yet soft, and reasonably priced.

Having used the Kalins and Southern Pro I can say they have a lot of action. A Kalin I like has a green and silver body and a clear glitter tail. Works well for everything, and with a beetle spin type spinner added. I have to look up Slabeye CP, always interested in new sources.

Just so you know : here's four "styles" of Slabanator jig bodies -

Top one is known as a "Hot Rod"
    Second - "Deuces Wild"
    Third - "Shad"
    Fourth - "Slab Twister"

Number five in the lineup is a paddletail and is known as - "Booty Shaker"

One That I really like is the Strike King slab hammer tooty fruity tube jig. They offer some really cool colors.

I do a lot of longlining and use lots of different baits. But if I had to narrow a selection down I would have to have Southern Pro Hot Grubs and Charlie Brewer Sliders, Give me a 3rd choice and Bobby Garland StrollR's come in. Then a pile of others follow.
