    Exclamation Minnkota Help

Does anyone have contact info for Minnkota's customer service department? I had a VERY bad experience w/ their Powerdrive V2 and I need to let somebody with the company know about. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a brand new Powerdrive V2 on Friday and it was defective. Did an exchange, and that one was defective too.

Did you fully deploy the motor? It has a level sensing device that want allow it to run if it is at an certain angle? Just a thought.

Both were fully deployed. The first one wouldn't turn and the second on wouldn't come on at all. I wound up getting an Edge instead.

I am considering a Powerdrive V2 myself. Maybe I should reconsider. Is this a problem that comes up a lot?
