    I love deer season too. However most of our lakes are closed for deer season. We also have lakes that are closed for waterfowl season as well, at least till 1pm and then its only bank fishing.
    Last Friday I took my last 2015 5 pound deer sausage into work. Last Thursday I picked up 88 pounds or processed venison and 6 new sticks.

    Where family and friends come to compete for a little more than bragging rights.
    Quick, someone teach me how to fish so I can win this tournament!!!

    we have a long deer season here in texas but the vast majority of boats that vanish from the ramps are mostly because we can ketch them from the bank and docks in lots of spots and of course the fair weather folks don't wanna get wet as well .....LOL
