Put in at Bucksaw around 12. Did not see any shad, glad I brought my own ( frozen 1- gallon bag, back up ) Went up from Bucksaw and started baiting and dropping my 10 ft noodles in 15 ft of water where the bait / shad was. Went Crappie hunting................. nothing on or close to the banks, found fish in 12 -19 ft of water, BG gumdrop ( purple )/ chartreuse and red and chartreuse with a sparkle Crappie nibble. Ended up with 1- Blue cat OVER 34 inches, 4 smaller cats, and 1- Channel and 5 Crappie
