I think I stripped the gears in my motor. I had everything ready to go a few dozen minnows, all my favorite jigs, just re-spooled all my reels, and perfect weather.

I put the boat in gear and nuthin'

I hope I can keep 'em fed from the bank until I get it fixed(sigh)

Frustrating, but manageable. But, if you do have to fix the motor, just don't tell the wife. Mine keeps track of how much I spend and gives me an approx price per pound when my boat gets put up for the winter. That is why I bought her a new 20hp Johnson for Valentines day. I don't think that will count against me.

That's the ticket. I think my wife would like a new Bass Tracker panfish model for V-day

Locoman, go here to check out prices. The Doc sell parts below retail.
Not only that, he can help you troubleshoot the problem.http://www.themarinedoctor.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl
