    Default Conservation Lake

Went out this morning to try out new rig on front of my little boat. Caught one bass (of course a non target), and two crappie. Added pictures cause Richard says if there are no pictures it did not happen. It was a fun experience and everything seemed to work great. Fished in 8-10 feet of water (water temp 58 degrees). They hit the top minnow and didn't want to run so it was a very subtle bite. Caught one took a picture and threw him back, and then bump and there was another one, got him in took a picture and sent him back. After that they just quit. Moved around a little more and boom the support column and latch broke on the rear trolling motor. I didn't see that stump. Anyway it was a beautiful morning and the SUPER MOON helped.
