    Default Single Jig Pole

I am looking to buy two of the 10' single jig poles but don't want to spend a fortune for them. What 10' jigging rod do you recommend that is light weight and very sensitive but at a reasonable price?

BNM Bucks ultralight jig pole with bottom reel seat or the Sam Heaton Super Sensative with bottom reel seat. Walmart sells a BNM Custom with bottom reelm seat, it it the same blank as the Bucks Gold Graphite jig pole but does not have the touch cutout.

I'd give a look-see at the Southern Crappie rod (SCR102) @ $37ea (if you don't happen to want a rear seat style rod).

I don't own one and have never fished with one ... but, IMHO they are worth a look.

What I do own & use in the 10' length are a Sam Heaton Super Sensitive & a Huckabee Dippin rod. They both do the job I use them for, which is normally as rod #4 in my jig pushing array. I don't vertical jig as a singular method, but do employ vertical jigging (sometimes) when I'm casting.

ACC Crappiestix. Andy has several different rod styles and he is really good to deal with. I use his 12' with the mid reel seat. They are light and have plenty of backbone.
