About to finish the fuse panel. Decided to add a couple power outlets and a couple of switches. This panel is built from leftover ABS, so it isn't shiny new. I missed a drill hole spot for one of the power outlets by a 1/4 inch or so. I drilled a dirt spot instead of a mark point. SH! I left the panel wiring a little longer than usual so I could pull the panel out to work on it if need be. The switches, well, one turns on the NMEA2000 and GoFree Network and the other switch controls Rickie's Da Ducer Apparatus with the auto deploy/stow mechanism. Once I get all the planets aligned, I will do a facelift.
I have arranged things so I can use the US2 transducer or the DI/2D transducer. The transducer selection just depends on which cable I decide to use. I use the US2 for a "quickie" outing. That is just one cable on one Head Unit. In other words, no diddling with the networking SI/DI stuff.

Thanks Rickie. I don't know if I will get the boat back together for Ky shindig. We been tied up with landscaping people and tree cutters and driveway replacement and doctor and dentist visits visits. Our life here has become old folks reality show.

I will talk to you when I get there. I screwed up one piece but I rigged around it. You can't tell it but I know it is there. Broke drill bit off in aluminum and missed drilled. Of course, this was all experimental. I will share when I get there. Hope to bring the boat so I can show you some stuff (and others that might be interested). I am not a first class mechanic. I am a blacksmith. ha

It is the Aluminum square piece at the top that the shaft goes thru. It is tough to modify/build medal stuff with a hand drill, a hacksaw and a dremel. I manage, but with no precision.
It is a unique rig, but a little pricey to build. The risk of falling in the lake outweigh the cost of the build. It is slick. I need some input. I built this rig mostly from scraps from other projects (Clyde) and the da ducer apparatus.
