I have a Bass submitted by C P, but no-one submitted any Wall Mounted Crappie for the Picture Contest. I think that might jsut be a real good idea. The photo can be staged and lighted just perfectly. Heck, doesn's the BPS stores have stuffed Crappie on their walls? Dono, maybe I'll have to stop by and take a look see myself.

At Hovey's Fish and Wildlife's Headquarters there is a carved and painted crappie hanging on the wall over the doorway. I swear it looks real. It looks like a big 2 or 3 lb crappie. I could only get to within 10ft if that thing and still see it at a good angle. The secretary told me that a local guy carved and painted it.

I saw it last year the last week of Feb when I last visited Hovey's in Southern IN.

Maybe there are others out there that carve and have some nice crappie carvings hanging on their walls.

    Hey Bassman:

If the picture is on your computer open a "New Thread" or "Reply To" page and type your message. Then scroll down to and click on "Manage Attachemnts" then browse to the file on your hardrive and upload it from there. There is a limit to the size of the file you can post.

If the picture is on the web already you can click on the yellow box above where you type your message and enter the URL there. Be sure and check the "Guided Mode" box above where you type.

Any size picture can be used with this method and no space is consumed on Ed's server because the picture is not actually uploaded - your computer displays the picture on your screen using the link.

To find the URL for a picture already on the web, just right click with your cursor over the picture and a menu will pop up. Click on "Properties" then copy the web adderess for the picture and paste it in the address bar that comes up when you click on the yellow box with the mountains in it above where you type.

Hope I haven't totally confused you.
