Default Summer to early fall transition

Help!!! Over the summer I was crushing the crappie. I was bagging about 80 to 100 everytime i was going... Now temps are dropping and I'm having little success. any advice? I covered alot of ground today spider rigging for about 10 hours with minnows and jigs at various depths and speeds. tried everything and just couldn't find them

I've been struggling with it too, seems like they've just scattered, fished from 16fow to 6fow today spider rigging and never really figured em out.

G-3 sportsman did a show last fall on Truman. He targets timber on the channel edges starting in the mouth of creeks and then moving back in the creeks as the water cools.

we stay on the fish here by looking in every spot they might be interested in . some of the spots go dead and yet others ketch right on fire . what was good last week or 2 weeks ago is now slow . shade still seems to interest them in this part of the world as the water temps drop . one thing for certain the fall bite is all over the map . i might go look for them up a creek later this week even though its a bit early for them up in there . one thing for certain if you can stay on the baitfish the crappie are not far away from them .
