Those look good
Just got them in. Little smaller than the Matzuo, finer wire, much bigger Barb. Bent one out pretty easy with pliers and bent back without breaking. Matzuo is red. EagleClaw black chrome.

What Cray said. Way more consistant in construction compared to Matzuo. I use Lil Nasty for all of my jigs up to 1/8oz. Everything over that is the Matzuo.

For those that use them do you like them better than matzuo? I'm wondering if the barb buttons them up a little better?
Fish like your hungry!
I have used Matzuo sickles since they first came out. Got some of the first lil nasty jig hooks. Changed completely over to them now. Yes the barb helps keep them buttoned up. Pouring jigs it really helps with how consistent there manufacturing process is compared to Matzuo. Also it seems the Matzuo has gotten worse instead of better. Their hook diameter has gotten larger it seems and far more brittle. When I first started using Matzuo they would bend then you could straighten up and keep fishing. Now if you get one to bend it breaks. Haven't broken a eagle claw yet.

Never did care for them brittle and almost barbless Matzuo sickles.
Is the nasty size 2 hook big enough for a 1/8 oz & 1.75" tube jig? Any pics?
