Another Customer service report

My power bubbles quit working on one leg and I broke the tip off trying to get air hose off. Called Marine Metals customer service. Explained what happened and asked about buying replacement parts since discharge and pump are all made in one piece. Rodger told me he was putting one in the mail today at no charge. Said tell everyone that might have a problem with their product just to call him and he would take care of it. 180 out from my experience with their competitor a couple of years ago. And this pump is 5 years old and has countless hrs on it.

Man it pays to have good customer service! Im glad these people do! Sure makes life way more pleasurable when ya get what ya pay for. Hate paying alot for something that wont last!

Good to hear! That is the same brand I use and have had no problems yet but customer service is so important to me. Good for them as well

Talked to him Friday, got a box in mail yesterday. Not only did he send me new pump Assy. but threw in 2 of the big round flat live well air stones to boot.
