    Hello everyone, my question is are JIMMY HOUSTON 14' TELESCOPIC CRAPPIE RODS any good? I need to get some for the new year?

    Not likely a fan favorite but cane poles will work also .

    Best advice I can give you is pick up the phone, call grizzly jig and talk to Louie or wade. They are going to shoot you straight. They sell several different brands of those poles and will give you straight up info.

    I bought 1 caught 2 fish and broke not to good for me.

    I went to Academy and got B&M pole and not an issue.
