    Finally got out to a private pond for a little while yesterday..... That's about it as I did not catch a thing...Private pond Tried different depths and colors but was still fun to get out!

    Yes it is.....some men fish thier whole lives without really realizing that catching fish is not all of it.

    something had them off, when you cant catchum in a pond. can you guess by weather conditions what it mite have been?

    Well the wind was out of the east...Was mid morning and sunny maybe high pressure had them off?? A lot of small fish around shore maybe they have all the food they need . Even tried to match the bait fish with some lake fork baby shad. What do you think river??? Thanks

    i think, go back and try again. and often! lol in those conditions a fly and float maybe?
