    I never hear anything about Horseshoe lake in Ark.. Is it a good place to catch some crappie, it used to be. Thanking anyone in advance.

    I need to find a topo map. I don't want to spend $100.00 plus for a chip.
    I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

    Err, I mean I don't think there is a mass produced topo map for that lake

    I've only fished it once but from what I remember it is pretty shallow and not much structure, not sure a topo map would do you very much good. Lots of docks and lily pads to fish.
    I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.
    I get 6 miles to the gallon.
    I aint got no good intentions.

    Michigan DNR has some maps listed on there web sight , might find out if your state does the same. can print them or save to your computer.

    We fished Horse Shoe a week ago for the first time. There is plenty of deep water in the 24 ft range. The wind blew us off the lake before we had a chance to to check it out thoroughly.
    I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
