    Glad to see there headless Indigo, I can handle some grilled or baked fish just can't handle a head on the plate.. looks good Fish Fillets

    I cook what I catch and as you can see I love to grill them. I try to stay away from fried food not successful all the time but oh well.

    Nice catch and looks delicious. Going to try stripers next week and see if I can catch a couple for grilling

    Just remember 10 minutes per inch thickness. I grill 6 minutes first side 4 minutes second side stick to this times most of the times. I oil my fish with olive oil really good then season like I want. I like cajun seasoning, old bay seasoning, and lemon seasoning with salt and pepper.
