    Default Update On Sinclair Trip

Okay, I just got back from the trip to Sinclair....COLD.

Anyhow...we were out on the water by sunrise and headed in by 10:30....the water was EXTREMELY muddy....and full of debris.....leaves, hay, trees limbs, etc......

The water temp was about 51 - 53 degrees depending on where you were.

We caught a total of 22 fish in that time.

    We threw 8 back....too small to filet.....and kept 14.

Our best 7 fish weighed in at 8.625 lbs......

Our biggest was 1 lb. 8oz. and our second biggest was 1 lb. 7 oz. and the third biggest was 1 lb. 5 oz. I have attached a picture of those three fish.....

    I hope you enjoy them...

    Talk to you soon!

    Hey there....

I did not fish the tournament, I already have a pretty busy schedule with tournaments coming up so we passed on this particular one....it gets kind of expensive.

Anyhow.....the tournament was at Oconee and we fished at Sinclair on Saturday.

We trolled in about 16 - 25 ft of water, and the fish appeared to be suspended anywhere from 7 - 12 ft deep......

I had some single 1/16 oz, some single 1/32 oz, and some 1/32 and 1/48 doubles.....it was a good mixture....

My partner off the back of the boat fished all single 1/32 oz.....
