Default Fish Grinding Weekend on the LOZ

Found the fish on Thursday night/Friday morning in 3 different spots just to have plan A, B, and C because of the lake lice on the weekends. Had a great 4 days of fishingn with my boy, his buddy, and my friend. We were catching 2 limits in 1-1.5 hours each day and then calling it quits as that is all I wanted to clean. Fished main lake around 4MM bluffs, and lower Gravois arm on channel swings. Marking shad everywhere and the crappie were right below them. Pulled and pushed Bandit 300 cranks. Best colors where fire tiger, black chrome, pink, blue chrome. Pics below show some very happy young men. They had a ball and that is what it is all about. Last pic i am holding a 1.9 lb slab. Hoping she would hit the magic 2 lb but did not quit get there.

Nice report. Smiles on everybody's faces says it all. I love pulling cranks but the waves on the main channel make it difficult.

LOZ Targa.....That is why I bought the big Pro-V LUND. Next boat will be a Ranger Reata...just need to win the lottery first. Safety for my two kids was the decision for the purchase of the deep V.

And yes they all had a blast. Just wish I could get down to our place more than once a month. Also thank you for all your reports!
