Glad to hear of a company would good customer service .
I ordered a couple of 14' 2oz rods from Ed last week. Went to Post Office to pick up and the lady comes to counter with the heavy shipping tube busted that looked like a hockey stick. Got home with it and hoping for the best but fearing the worst I opened it. Both tips and mid sections were broke. I called Ed and he apologized for something of course not his fault and said to send him some pics of the damage and he would send out 2 more the next day. Got the new ones today and the shipping tube was straight as a arrow! LOL Just wanted to say what great rods and customer service from Ed at Southern Crappie Rods. Can't wait to try them out.

Sounds like the USPS owes "somebody" some $$ for damages (if it was insured) !!
Ed is awesome to deal with.
Wouldn't buy anything else

Ed is a great man. Helped me out when i started fishing tournaments probably more than he will every know. Still remember that day on Lake Greenwood when he stopped to give my wife and I some tips, which I still use today. That was probably 15yrs ago.

You are going to love those 143T rods. His products and service are 2nd to none. BTW, I got a rod order from him recently and the tube was badly bent. I asked the clerk if I could open it there and then to make sure there was no damage. Luckily there wasn't but I wouldn't accept the order without checking it in front of them.
If Ed and I ever get the chance to share a boat the fish will get the day off. The BS will be so deep we'll have to wear waders.
