    Question BnM ever have sales????

Does BnM ever have sales on their crappie rods? Or does anyone know of any places that have sales going? The only place near me that carries BnM is Gander Mountain and their selection seems to be thinning out real bad. Plus they don't carry the rod I'm looking for.

I'm in the market for at least one, preferably 2 (if I can get a good deal and/or hide them from the wife), on the 10ft Tennessee Handle Float n Fly rod. I'm hoping to get at least one before this fall for smallmouth float n fly fishing but ideally I'd have two rigged up in the summer for crappie.....one for live bait and one with jigs. (I mostly fish fixed or slip floats).

The $67 price from the BnM website isn't bad but I was hoping I could find someone with a sale.

    Thanks!

They always have a discount on 3 rod purchases, but not sure on 2 rods. Also ... did you factor in the difference in shipping costs ?? That might counter the $2 difference in the listed price of each rod.

I'm not much on haggling with retailers about price, unless buying a lot of merchandise. Now when buying from individuals I will try to negotiate (horse trade). I say find the best price and pull the trigger. Not buying but one or two rods, you gonna mess around and by fall price may increase. Or they may decrease, either way on a rod or two your best hope of savings will be less then $10 not worth putting a whole bunch of time into bargain shopping in my opinion. Who knows, that's just me, but it never hurts to inquire on here. B'n'M makes a fine product, no doubt.

Another vote here for Grizzly Jig. Great company and you will not find a lower price.
