    Default Mark Twain Advice/thoughts???

My 11year old son and I are thinking about a weekend trip to MT for a guy's camping/fishing trip. Can't find any reports that are less than a few days old. I do know the lake went from 606' to 610' since the 5th. However it has been at 610' for about 3days.

Assuming the lake holds steady will fishing be dent by Thursday night/ Friday?

If lake starts dropping will the fishing be horrible?

Thinking crappie by willing to fish fir anything. Will probably stay at RayBarens. Advice ???

Don't know if you checked the southfork resort at mark Twain fishing report blog site but they usually have the most updated reports. You might post your ? On their blog site comments. They share their info on the fishing!

Looks like the lake is holding relatively steady at 609 and pulling water generally doesn't impact the bite too much when they are in their summer pattern.

That said, we'll be on the water by 4:30 A.M. Saturday with crankin and riggin on the brain. Dad's been hammering them all summer (in my absence) using a variety of techniques so, we'll see what happens.
