    Default wife says i "stink"

My loving wife told me that I'm beginning to smell, or at least my boat was. I didn't think much of it since she has a very sensitive nose which can put a blood hound to shame and can smell a single dead minnow in a boat. Well, couple days later i came around the boat and the stink had become "stank". I climbed into the boat and discovered a stowaway in the live well.

Morale to story, when the counter says 10 and you fillet 9, do not assume you are having another senior moment by hitting the counter twice. . Woo woo that smell, can't you smell that smell, the smell of death around you!!!! lol.

From one Skynrd fan to another. Been there done that, even with the new boat. It's amazing how fast and how bad an 11 inch crappie will get to where a maggot would gag.

Walleye tend to throw up "everything" in their stomach when placed in a livewell. I noticed last week when I plugged the boat in that the livewell didn't smell pleasant. Went out this weekend, opened the livewell and wanted to throw up. Turns out a couple of what can only be described as untreated kipper snacks were in the livewell. I left her run for about 15 minutes with the drain opened. Went out last night, the same thing in the livewell. Only difference was this time I caught it early! The old saying "fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me!". I don't think there is a third time in that saying.

On a side note, I noticed my truck starting to stink on Friday. Saturday I get ready to head north for a fishing trip. I grab the sleeping back out of the back and notice it smelled. Thought I found the culprit. I also found a thermos which my daughter put in last week (while sleeping in the sleeping bag headed fishing)... turns out it had MILK in it. Been roasting in the thermos in the truck all week... My buddy was dumb enough to crack the lid on it and it decided to go off like a bomb (in my garage). New rule... no more milk being brought for morning breakfast... pop tarts from now on!
