Finally making it down 7/2 weather looks not to good but plans are made. Want to make the best of it any and all suggestions appreciated. Staying at the grand river resort.thanks in advance

Find a flat with standing trees, 25vto 20 foot of water, dip a minnow 12 to 14 feet down, take plenty of bait as you catch a lot of short crappie

Longshole is close. There is a good batch of tree just to the left of the ramp.
also consider fishing the trees straight across from ramp.
Minnows 10 to 12 feet deep.
