Excellent report. Thank you so much for posting. thanks to all that participated. Here's what Crappie Masters published about the event as an FYI:

Clinton, MO and Truman Lake hosted the Spike-It One Pole Ultimate Challenge on June 17, 18 where ninety one teams from twelve different states came to fish in one of the mpst popular events on the schedule. Teams were allowed to fish with one pole and artificial bait only on a lake covered with visible standing timber and a high population of crappie. New records and one of the most exciting finishes on tour this season left one of the best one pole fishing teams on top when it was settled.
Charlie “The Professor” Rogers and Kevin Rogers, Missouri, made a second day charge with a huge day two weight to hold off the reigning National Champions by .01 of a pound to win the Spike-It One Pole Ultimate Challenge on Truman Lake with a two day total of 19.16 pounds. The popular father/son team was fishing in 8-15 foot of water using the new 10’ Kevin Rogers Signature Series Ozark Rods with most fish being caught on Bobby Garland 3” Slab Slayer blue and white jigs just off of the bottom. Sponsored by the Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council, Ozark Rods, Bobby Garland, Power Pole, Mercury, Bass Cat, and Midwest Marine, the Rogers’ took home a check for $7500.00 which included a $500.00 bonus, donated by the Missouri Corn Growers Association and American Ethanol, for using E10 gasoline in their boat.
Second place with 19.15 pounds went to the reigning National Champions and the Road Runner/Tru Turn Hooks team of Kyle Schoenherr and Rodney Neuhaus, both from Illinois. Catching their fish in 3-8 foot of water, Schoenherr and Neuhaus used BnM Poles with Midsouth Tackle smoke/glow jigs and were also catching their fish just off the bottom. They took home a check for $3600.00 and are sponsored by Road Runner, Tru Turn Hooks, BnM Poles, Tite-Lok, MidSouth Tackle, Muddy Water Baits, Harvest Clean, Gamma, and Lowrance.
Defending Champions Barry Morrow and Chad Maupin, Missouri, finished third with 19.01 pounds. The team stated they were fishing in 8-12 foot of water , catching their fish just off the bottom with a combination of jigs that included Crappie Town Daddee Shad in black and pink. Morrow and Maupin are sponsored by Crappie Town, Stump Jumper, Everhart’s Sporting Goods, Off Shore Tackle, Perotti Rod Holders, Rocky Top, Gideon Hooks, Redneck Rubber, and Huckabee Rods and took home a check for $2700.00.

Alrighty then !! So, let me get this straight :

Gary Filbeck (DOFC) wins the Reporter Prize
Jared Fosnow (Jigging15) wins the RR prize pack (highest place among C.c members signed up)
Jeremy Herring (deadduck) wins the 2nd place prize (2nd highest place among C.c members signed up)

IF this is correct .... DOFC & deadduck, you need to send a PM to Slab and let him know which prize you won, the tourney you fished, and your mailing address so he can send you the appropriate prize packs.

Jigging15 ... you need to send a PM to me, with your mailing address, so I can send you the RR prize pack.

Congrats to all the participants, a special congrats to the prize winners, and a big Thank You to our tourney Reporter.

Awesome. Was a rough first day but we made a great come back on day two. Went from 49th to 15th which got us a nice check and qualified for nationals at Grenada lake this fall. Just missed having big fish but still got a nice check for having 2nd biggest. The upper Grand arm was a very busy place with roughly 80 of the 91 teams being up there in a 5 mile stretch of water. We just avoided the crowds and fished areas we have did well at from years past that we new was fresh water. Lots of eating size fish to be had right now if you can stand to be out in the heat.

Hmm...If I was second place, I'd call for a re-weigh. There must've been an extra drop of water on that scale for the other team that won. lol.
