Quick I put 137, 139 and 140 in my fish finder and I do not see beds, good shot

I have the HDS 7 and still in learning stage on side scan. Looking at your pictures it appears you can zoom in with the side scan to just see the portion of the bottom that has the beds. Is that correct? It never occurred to me that you could do that.
I know you can zoom on 2D but have not tried side or downscan zoom.

That is correct Ray... once you have something on the screen..wherever you put the cross hairs you can execute the zoom into that location
