    Default Fish in the Rain

Tropical Storm Colin did not keep me and my pal Dennis Snider from fishing this week. We went down to Jesup Sunday and fished Morgan's Lake Sunday PM. The river was rising and the bite was slow so we headed down to the Hwy 301 landing on the Satilla and fished ALL day in the rain. Yes we caught fish at both places and yes, we had a good time. Not many pictures as did not get camera out in the 100% rain we were in.

We did not catch any of our target fish, the Red Breast. We did catch every other fish in this river.....Where are the Red Breast in the Satilla. I have heard many other fishermen say the same thing...??

We got caught in the rain around 9AM on the Satilla and got wet but we fished on as once you get wet, you cannot get wetter?? My river boat with the top paid off this day.
