Default Wear those life jackets Folks

Don't think this has been posted here. Just goes to show how quickly a great day can turn tragic. These guys are glad they had their PFDs on:

It amazes me how few of the TV fishermen wear PFDs while on-air. The kids that watch them then assume that it is not necessary to wear one.

I have two inflatables - one automatic I wear when I am in a power boat and one manual I use when I might intentionally get wet, such as when I am in my canoe or belly-boat.

They are comfortable enough that I leave them on when I am in the boat. The first time I used one I made it all the way home before I realized I still had it on.

    Great video! Thanx for posting.
It's too bad that more boaters up here don't take the time to put their
PFD's on and keep them on. You just never know! Thanx Again, Dave
