Default Slabs Of May Continue/ Pics

Our Monster month of May goes on. Today was a Hot one both heat and fish. Temp was 88 when we loaded and the catch counter was at 150 for 3 hrs. I kept 8 and released the rest. Largest was 15 and several at that size were boated. A lot of females hanging around the sun fish as they spawn. Very bright sky so they were in close to the cover.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Just 150???? It would take me a week or 2 to catch that many if I was lucky and you all did it in 3 hours. Wow!! Thanks for sharing the report and beautiful fish pictures.
Be safe and good luck fishing

Bee, looks like the boys still have their tuxedos on and are a little raggedy in the lower tail lobes. Could they still be attempting to spawn ?? I know the spawn down here got interrupted a few times, and some are still catching females with eggs (some viable, some being absorbed).
