    Default New fishing machine

I finally picked up a boat. Paid more than I wanted, but the deal was hard to pass up and I have the title in hand so no payments. It's a 2016, only been in the water twice and has the Lowrance HDS 9 gen 3. The motor is lacking a bit, but there are s lot of 9.9s around here due to the hp restricted lakes in WV & OH. Now to set it up with some rod holders for catfishin' the Ohio the next couple of months.

I fish the Ohio all the time in my Lowe big john with 9.9. Heck when I started fishing it I was in a 16ft fisher marine water rover with a 6hp evinrude. One day I was tied up to a piling fishin' and had one 40 lb blue. A man and a younger boy pulled up in this big souped up huge jon with like a 115 hp on it. But you could tell they had just started fishing the river. The man ask if I had caught anything they weren't having any luck.I pulled that blue cat up on the stringer and the old man said"you caught that fish in that little boat?"

Without even missing a beat the boy turned and looked at him and said " it ain't the size of your boat its knowing how to fish".

Great looking rig. It's who is in the boat, not what boat you're in. I've aggravated several people from the back of their boat. Have lots of fun with it.
