    Take whole raw jalapenos cut in half lenght wise, clean out seeds, and cut out viens.
    Stuff with cream cheese wrap with bacon and grill.

    we call em buffalo turds where im from.

    put your cream cheese in a plastic ziploc and nuke it for a few seconds to soften it up. cut a corner out of the bag and squeeze it into the pepper halves.

    No doubt. I never would've thought of that, but its a brilliant idea. I usually make them in the late summer when we always seem to have them peppers coming out our ears.

    I do the same thing, but sprinkle with Julio's Mexican Seasoning and bake. Mighty good. I like the ziploc bag idea, I'll try that next time.

    Fry up some breakfast sausage, crumble as it browns, drain and mix it with the cream cheese, add about 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar, sprinkle it with Tony Chachere's, then wrap it in bacon. Mighty good!

    I have a popper holder you cut the top off put in the hole upright. stuff and i like to put on the griil.yum yum yum!

    I tried it a few days ago it was great, I think I ate about 10-12 hot! thanks for the recipe
