I can assure you that a lot are being caught. Everyone is keeping it close to the vest rafor some reason. The bream are there and bedding. I made the mistake on Thursday of going to Decatur and we only caught about a dozen. The wind was so cold that it had me shut down....I don't know what the bream were doing.
But anywhere you can find some protected areas on Guntersville with gravel bottom and you will find them. I'd look in 2-4 foot of water in pockets or near boathouses. Good luck.
I slipped off to my favorite old fishing hole in the Morgan County Flintcreek Watershed. Bite was slow but caught 15 nice gills, couple of google eyes (Stump-Knockers) warmouth bream. Just enjoyed the piece and quiet. I took my female bloodhound with me for the first time. Was like dealing with a two year old. Ill try to post pictures.[ATTACH=CONFIG]240642
