Hooked up with a pharmacist friend this morning and headed for Bucksaw. Put in at 7am and headed down past the cut. Fish were scattered in 6 to 10 fow. We had 11 nice fish in the morning all 10 to 12 inches. We wanted to try the weir with light wind and 2 units running. Daryl had 4 nice whites on the first 4 casts then it slowed down after that. We ended up with 16 crappie and about 10 whites. Also had 2 nice hybrids to top it off.

Nice mess of fish and nice hybrids to top it off. Were the hybrids caught at the weir?

Yes. 1/4 oz jig on 6# test. Lost another when it got in the anchor rope.
