Who's ready for springtime fishing?

I SURE AM!

I have not been able to icefish due to illness,and Doctor's orders,and I CAN'T WAIT TO GO after last ice!:D

I guess I'll have to suffer some more:rolleyes: because the ice does'nt leave Minnesota till around the end of April to May 15th....

I'm really really am getting stocked up on all my springtime gear,and can't wait!!!

ANYONE ELSE READY???!!!!

I feel your pain bud. I wish I could hibernate for a month and wake up and go fishin. I know thats being optimistic, but I think spring is gonna sproing early. Right now its 5 degrees and this is a heatwave compared to what we've been having for the last week.

You know I am. I'm glad we don't have the ice issue here to deal with. I go in the cold, but I'm not a big fan of it. I'm a warm weather, shorts and sandals kind of guy. I do love my vitamin D from the sun.

ME TOO !! I went out yesterday in the big boat offshore.....20+ winds, 5 foot seas and 27* outside.....woo wee was it rough ......but we were warm at least.

We dont have to much longer to wait here in Mississippi. My boat is ready my gear is ready. I've checked everything about 300 times, will check some more to be sure, CAN,T WAIT FOR THOSE BIG MS SLABS

You can only tie so many jigs, pour through so many catalogs, read so many articles, and wonder aimlessly (stepping on your tongue) around BPS.

I am ready to replace the sound of the fireplace crackling with that of fish splashing around the boat!

I have been doing a lot of ice fishing and doing pretty good. I like taking advantage of the ice while its here, but Im looking forward to taking the boat out........
