This was caught somewhere in the Deep Creek part of Chesapeake today. I wonder where it's mammy and daddy is. That is my son holding it.

Hmmm...makes me think of the Alligator River, not far from us.

That is the first I've ever heard of around here but there is a place called Merchant's Mill Pond where they have had some for years. It is due west of me about 100 miles and just across the border in NC.

That's something. Saw that Sunday night, was doing a home inspection on the water off Firman Rd in Deep Creek yesterday. I usally take a break and walk down at look at the water on waterfront houses, didn't do that this time!

Them suckers are everywhere now. Just not concentrated like the alligator river. Never know where you will see one now.
