does anybody fish lake monticello the fish have been running small and with the changes this year you have to keep what you catch (no culling) boy it's hard to get the big ones. any help out there

forcing the keepers on you is because of the depth of the fish; 40 ft. when you get the to the top they WILL die.

thus, the G&F have made the rule to deal with the certain demise of the fish that are caught; no catch and release.

there're isn't any help. just keep fishing.
