Yes, Billy and I went fishing yesterday but it was not a perfect day for us two old farts. First we found out nobody had Crickets. After waiting for our Cricket bugs we took off for some new bigger water at Rocky Ford Landing on the Ogeechee. When we got there the ramp was so bad, we could not float the boat off the trailer. We decided to take off to Williams Landing near Statesboro. The ramp there was also bad but we did get the boat launched. A special thanks to the two college kids who helped me and Billy get the boat back on the trailer for the trip back to North Kite.

Fishing was not good at all but we did manage to catch a few nice fish. The water just does not look right for this time of year, it was falling, and it is still cool at 71 degrees. Black Fish must love this area and water as we caught 8 of them. These 8 will never bite another hook.
