Mother's Day LOZ Report*

Ok after reading ripinlips post...
I tried a different approach this morning.

I krept up on the brush piles 12 to 15' deep, staying a big cast away.

Tied on a minnow color jig ( I think Monkey Milk) set the depth under s bobber about 5' deep.
Casted past the brush pile and jigged it over the brush.
Bam!
It worked... Kept doing that till no bites than got right over the top of it with the boat.
I took the bobber off and dropped down about 12' deep and jigged real slow.
And they bit again.

Got away with 10 nice ones this way hitting two brush piles in a few hours.
Before I had to head back to the city.

I'm sure minnows are easier than having to force feed them a jig. Lol

I am way to lazy for that. I do use jigs and like them but when it is tough I like my minner friends. Congrats Manny glad you found some.
