Smithville 5/4 report*
Fish were on the banks, but not biting as well as previous weeks (before all the rain). Started at sailboat but didn't have much luck. Moved to the coves south of W and ended up bringing home 7 from 4pm-9pm. Probably double that amount in dinks. Below is a 13'' one (by far the biggest) I caught in one of those coves off a road runner and twister tail.

Nice report. Have not found the bank bite myself but I bet it's still a zoo this weekend with corporate challenge and all the other crowd.

Always been the Branch. When I fished it I would launch at another ramp then boat over much easier! Missed some of the entertainment though.
