UV enhanced baits ?

i am growing quite fond of baits that have been UV enhanced .....my bud even has a spray he puts on his jigs
wasnt totally sold on it at first , but after trying old baits that were not and the same baits that are ....
i think it helps ketch them ....what are your thoughts on this ?

Yes I think the fish can see the bait better shallow but after a certain point in depth I dont think it makes any difference unless the water is really clear.
