damn I cant ever figure how to get the damn things to not be sideways!!!
Between work and fishing I haven't had much time to post. The old man and I have been hitting Blue Springs lately and doing pretty well! Why the fish are where they are I have no clue but they are. We were catching all nice males but now all nice females. 20'-25' dead on the bottom????? We have caught some pigs like I have never caught there! Here is one my pops caught that was 16 1/2" on Friday.
Jerkey Log, dfar LIKED above post
Congrats on the catches. I never do very well at this lake.
I just boat around and cast to the banks so maybe thats ehy i dont do that well.
That's the biggest I've heard of coming from Blue Springs lake. Congrats.
Nice job!
Wow, that's a hog for any of the Jackson County Lakes. And go figure, still in 20-25 fow. Makes no sense! Congrats on finding them!!! Seems like they should be moving up any time now. I know they haven't spawned on the banks yet, since that's where I've been trying to catch them at Prairie Lee for the last month.
Nice fish out of that fishery for sure. What was on the menu for them to eat? It doesn't have to good of reputation for bigger fish but looks like their there. Thanks for the report.
I've been seeing some cars park on woods chapel road and have also seen some guys bank fish right at that bridge. Not sure how they are doing but I'll start to venture out there soon. Haven't even fished BS yet this year. Only prairie lee and jacomo.
That is a hog right there and out of BS to boot. Thanks for the post and pic.
Well done. BS has some big ones in there mixed in with a bunch of little ones. When they're big, they're big!
